Pollo con cerveza. Beer Chiken

Grandma's chicken, we call it at home because when she taught me how to make it she told me that grandmother used to do a lot. Now it should be the chicken of great great grandmother, for my grandson. jajajaj
It's easy and we always have some leftovers of a beer.
I like to have it with rice.

 Ingredientes:
 1 kgr. de pollo
3-4 cebollas grandes
1/2 vaso
Sal
Pimienta (opcional)
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.

ingredients:

2 pounds chicken
3-4 large onions
1/2 cup
salt
Pepper (optional)
3 tablespoons olive oil.

 Preparation:

Put the oil and onion in the pot.
A very low heat poached onion. The trick is to make the onions slowly, about 30 minutes.
Add the stone bench and give it a spin.
Add the beer, salt and pepper.
Close the pot and 15 minutes under pressure.

Note: If you do this in a normal casserole you will need twice beer and time.

Alitas de pollo al horno. Baked Chiken Wins

I really like these wings well at night because I do while I change my cloth and it helpsto worm up the house. I have prepared the marinade in a glass jar and I can keep it for months. It also is good with drumsticks. It is a dish that can be served cold but  hot is much better. I have a big oven so I usually do 4 pounds and ifwe don´t eat every thing I keep them in the fridge and the following day the heat up in the microwave.
Ingredientes del adobo:
1 kgr de alas
1 vaso de de pan rayado
1 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida.
1 cucharada de orégano.
1 cucharada de ajo muy muy picado

Ingredients Marinade:
2 pounds wins
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
1 tablespoon oregano.
1 tablespoon very finely chopped garlic

Croquettes can be very economical because normally we do with leftovers. They are great for children, as well as give them milk, food disguise that if theysee it they do not eat. And are sucoured since they can freeze it
In this case we are going to do with leftover chicken from the above recipe, skeleton scratching well and what we have not eaten. You can not throw food
Those pictures were make in Washington DC, at my friend Maggie´s house (2008)

.

2nd roast the flour for 5 minutes

4 When the béchamel is ready, you see, because when spinning with spoon appears that the pan stays clean and this is the time of

It will be good to let it rest for 8 hours

La segunda parte ingredientes:

2 huevos
pan rayado

Part two ingredients:

Preparation:

1 we the croquetas the oval shape
1 passed by the beaten egg
3rd cast a shadow in the breadcrumbs
4 º we  reserve those . If we want to reserve them for another day they will be place in a container and then  in the freezer.

Last step:
If we have frozen croquettes have to take them out of the freezer about 20 minutes before.
In a fry pan full of olive of hot oil and fry these bols for few seconds because we want to make a crust.
They are better when they are hot, but they are good also cold

This is one of my favorite dishes I usually do on weekends because itdoesn´t  gives me work and girls (all ready women) and friends like a lot and with the leftovers I can make croquetas that they even  like more (mainly my grandson says you just like mine).
As you can see in one of the pictures there are two chickens, because the girls  are already cloning :)
I like to put onions and carrots in the background butit is not necessary and the recepie doesn´t  needed it. I also like to go with a Castillian salad,  sober, just lettuce, onion and dressedy and french fry so children do not protest.

Ingredientes:
1 pollo
Pimentón dulce o picante, según gustos
1 cebolla
2 zanahorias
Sal.

ingredients:
1 chicken
Paprika or cayenne pepper, according to taste
1 onion
2 carrots
Sal
Preparation:
Cut the onion and sliced carrots and put them in the bottom of the baking dish.
We clean the chicken fat, whole, so the chicken does not dry out. What cover with salt and then with paprika, place it at the baking dish and this in the oven and you're done. Ashamed to make a recipe with such difficulty,
