
La Berza está mucho mejor de un día para otro y como tiene tantas cosas será mejor que sea para, al menos 6 personas. Puede que no podáis encontrar todos los inredientes en EEUU o será difícil encontrar morcilla o chorizo fresco. Estos ingredientes son según la receta de Joaquín, que es de buen comer, así que esas 6 raciones se pueden convertir en 8 y las fotos son de la berza que hice en mi casa, un poco mas liviana y comimos 6 personas

Ingredientes:
500 gr. de judías blancas
1kgr. carne de cerdo (cabeza o jarreteUn trozo de tocino fresco (250 ´0 300 gr.)
Un trozo de tocino de Papada (250 o 300 gr.)
2 ó 3 morcillas

2 cucharadas de pimentón dulce
2 kgr. de acelgas
1 kgr. de appio y opcional
1/2 kgr de patatas,
2 chorizo
10 granos de pimienta negra
Sal
4 litros de agua
Ingredients:
500 gr. white beans 1kgr.
Pork (head or shank)A
1 piece of fresh bacon ('0 250 300 gr.)
1 piece of bacon Gill (250 or 300 gr.)
1 knuckle
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
2 kgr. chard
1 kgr. fress appio optional
1/2 kgr of potatoes,
2 fress chorizo
10 black peppercorns
Salt 4 liters of water

Preparation: The night before we put the beans to soak. Cut the beets and let them also soak overnight in a separate container to the beans.
