Sometimes we are in a hurry and do not have time to poach the onion for half an hour, but we have a solution for it. It is always more flavorful the traditional way but this way is quite acceptable.
Es muy fácil, solo tenemos que filetear la cebolla y ponerla en un plato junto a una cucharada de aceite de oliva y un poquito de sal.
Cubrimos el plato con papel celofán y lo ponemos en el microondas durante 6 minutos y ya tenemos nuestra cebolla pochada

We cover the dish with plastic wrap and put it in the microwave for 6 minutes and we have our onion poached
